I do not know larry but he seems like a pretty nice kid and i cried when i saw this video...in rememberence of larry a few kids at our school, Mannion Middle School, put tape over our mouth the whole day so we could not speak. This was for a moment of silence for larry...my cousin was just shot becasue he was mexican, in Arcadia California, and he was 25. I am very sorry for your loss and beleive me i know what your going through...just remember to stay strong through this trajedy and everyone at Mannion is fighting for him im sorry <3

I can't express any words other than my heart goes out to the King family, friends and anyone else who's lives have been touched by this young boy.

I just read about this today. I am so sorry for the pain the King family has to go through simply because people out there are so intolerant of people who are different. To hurt or kill anyone, but especially a child, just because of the life they lead is disgusting. I hope Larry's story will show people how horrible the effects of intolerance are, and will make them rethink their views on people who are different. Once again, my deepest sympathy to the King family.

Today I participated in the Day of Silence in memory of Larry. I just want to say that today has been one of the most fulfilling days of my life. My condolenses go out to the King family. God is with you. So is your son.

i dont see how someone could do such a thing, he was only trying to behimself and people just take that away. April 25th i was silent for the whole day to honor Lawrence. While your in junior high you shouldnt have to worry about getting killed for being gay, or a lesbian. I am now in grade eight and i dont see how someone could kill somone to young and that was just experiecning life. R.I.P Lawrence King, youve made a big difference in todays society
