I never knew or met Larry...but it would have been absoloutly honoured to know him. He stood up for what he believed in and was not afraid to show the real larry. His death has not been in vain. I will stand up for what i believe in and i will be proud of who i am. To Larrys family and friends i am so sorry for your loss. I never met your beautiful child but i will always remember him.

What strength this young person showed in leading the way for all of us with the message of being proud of who you are. Most adults have not even learned this lesson. If more people displayed the courage and positive attitude that Larry showed, we would have a better world, and less meaningless violence and hatred as this young person endured. My condolences to family and friends and my prayers are with you all. Although Larry's life was needlessly short, he left behiind an important message to all of us: Be proud of yourself and live your life accordingly. I never knew or met Larry...but it would have been an honor to know him....

Larry,
I want to thank you and tell you that you did not die senselessly because you have touched and changed so many lives in different ways. This is very hard to say but perhaps that's the purpose of your life, that by your death, somehow people will be more conscious of what's happening in this world, particularly referring to how other people treat gays with disrespect and such ridicule. Maybe because of your death, people will start thinking about how we could CHANGE to make this world a better place. LARRY, YOU'RE MY HERO. May you rest in peace.

This whole story saddens me so much i literally cried! Its is so horrible to see how cruel people can be. People just don't understand. I am not gay but i support any kind of gay people! They are regular people just like every one else and i think they should be treated like every one else. My best friend Shane is gay and if anything happened to him like this i don't know what i would do. So a lot of my support goes out to his friends along with his family. The hate needs to stop! there is no need for it, it is wrong on so many levels. Its just sickening and intolerable. He was just another teenage boy with probably a bright future ahead of him and now because of the stupidity of another student he will not be able to live the future. Its amazing what people will di these days just because they feel different about a subject, what ever happened to "if you cant say anything nice, then don't say anything at all" in this case if you cant do anything right don't do anything at all!

How tragic, that someone dies for something so petty as what gender they are attracted to. Larry is in a better place now, where there is no discrimination or hate, no violence or death. May his memory live on, always.
