I' ve read about Larry's murder on a newspaper at school and I'm very disgusted! I'm not gay and I don't have gay friends or relatives, but it doesn't mean that I can accept the death of a teen like me (I'm nearly 18) only because he was gay, it's impossible to die in this terrible way! I'm angry It's also impossible to make a murder at school! American society is broken! STOP VIOLENCE!

I ALWAYS BELIVED THAT THOSE WHO LEAVE THIS WORLD BEFORE US IS BECAUSE THEY ARE SPECIAL SOULS WHO DID THEIR JOB AND HAD TO GO BACK TO AWORLD WHERE HATE IS NOT KNOWN WHERE WE ARE ALL EQUAL AND BEST OF ALL FREE TO BE WHO WE WANT TO BE.FINALLY LARRY IS BACK AT EASE NOT HAVING TO LIVE IN A PLCE WHERE HATE AND DESCRIMINATION IS AT THE TOP OF THE LIST.MAY GOD BLESS THE FAMILY AND HELP THEM MAKE EVERY DAY EASIER TO LIVE WITHOUT THEIR BELOVED SON.I HOPE THAT TRAGEDIES LIKE THIS HELP US ALL THINK TWICE BEFORE WE SPEAK AND SPECIALLY BEFORE WE ACT.EVERY DAY BEFORE GOING TO BED LET'S THINK ABOUT HOW WE CAN HELP MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.LET'S START BY TEACHING OURSELF THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING HUMBLE AND TO UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF LIFE.LET'S TEACH OUR KIDS THAT IS OK TO BE DIFFERENT NO MATTER WHAT THE COLOUR OF OUR SKIN IS THE LANGUAGE WE SPEAK OR THE FOOD WE EAT AND SPECIALLY WHAT OUR SEXUAL ORIENTATION MIGHT BE. WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HAPPY AND TO LIVE WICH EVER WAY WE CHOOSE TOO.

What a brave child to stand up for himself and anyone else no matter what. These horrific events are all to common. Children need to be safe at school. No matter who or what they are.

I cannot fathom the loss you must feel. I struggled all through my life trying to deny who I was until it was safe...that struggle ended years ago...just when we think such hate can't be breathing, it comes up again. I am gay and have been blessed with my own children. I cannot imagine the ache. May your hearts find the peace they can with an incomprehensible loss of your child.

A beautiful young man. As I am sure a Beautiful person inside. I am extremely disturbed by this tragedy... I will never understand the mind of someone so hateful that would do such an unfathomable, selfish... heartless thing. There is NO DIFFERENCE in a person that is gay or straight.... Love is love... a person, is a person.... I hate when anyone talks of someone that is gay and acts as if it's a disease or that they 'love them anyways'... "they" are so much fun to be around... I don't know. it rubs me wrong. I am gay. I have a great job, many friends, a family, a car, a sense of humor... I am just like everyone else, I just love a woman instead of a man. This story will hopefully open the eyes of the world. Let everyone see the supidity and severity of "pride" and hate... I have so much to say... but I will end this with... I am sorry to Larry's family... you are in my thoughts and prayers... no family should have to go through this... but Larry is in a better place...

I am so sorry your family had to go through this. I am the sister of a gay man. As a young man in jr high and high school he suffered horrible pranks from people who were intolerant. He didn't deserve what he got; neither did Larry. I read the following in a letter to the editor written to the Tulsa Worldthis past weekend regarding ignorant comments made by one of our state legislators. While I am not sure what the author meant exactly by the first statement, I wholeheartedly agree with the last comment.
If you are not gay -- and I am not -- you do not know if babies are gay. If our Creator will allow babies to be born with birth defects, surely he would allow gay babies to be born.
Don't tell me it's the devil's work. Why would the devil want to cause animals to be born with defects? State Rep. Sally Kern should be fired with no chance to resign. Gays are no threat to America.
I am so sorry for your loss. I hope the tragedy changes life for others.
