I am sorry for your loss. When will people realize love starts from the inside out and accept each other as we are? My best friend told me he was gay when we were 13, that was 30 years ago. It didn't matter then, and it doesn't now. You are in my prayers.

God bless Larry's beautiful and powerful soul. He expressed himself with grace, dignity and insight well beyond his years. He cannot be forgotten.

I am so saddened to read about this young beautiful person who's life was taken away so tragicaly. It also saddens me that parents do not teach their children to be accepting of others no matter what their orgin is. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Larry's family, friends and lifes he touched.

While Larry was not destined to live on, his legacy and his strength will. We can never expect 100% acceptance of all things or all people, but we can pray for tolerance of those and things we do not all understand. As parents we have an obligation to teach our children how to live in this world with all people. One need not like, want or appreciate something to accept that we can all live together in peace if we choose to. God Bless.

My condolences and prayers go out to the King family. It's a shame that something so tragic happened in a middle school. Larry has more guts than I did at his age. He was just being himself and wasnt hiding from anything or anyone, for that, I applaud him and his courage to be himself.
