Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality.
You didnt die in vain..from the blood of one, comes freedom to millions!

Having traveled all over the world, there sadly seems to be no more prejudiced country than the US when it comes to gay teens and adults. My heart goes out to Larry's family and friends; this kind of hate crime is senseless. Larry's strength in knowing himself seems clear from what his friends said. I only hope that his family is able to heal quickly and remember the gifts that Larry brought in his all too short life. With Matthew Shepard, Brandon Teena, and now Larry, I can only hope that enough people will wake up that fear, discrimination, and violence are needless. I can only hope that the nation often seen as the most advanced nation can make great advances on full acceptance of the GLBT community. Again, I hope Larry's families and friends are able to heal quickly and remember all the good he brought to their lives.

Wow...I just saw this today and the world is crying out for help and it's starting with our kids...everyone needs to help all kids and make them frist love themselfs just as they are and then let them also, understand that everyone is different, but each one of us is here for a reason...We all need self love and may God Bless Larry and the family. I have a 14 year old Step-son and told him about this story and told him see people as they are and to love everyone, that's all anyone needs to know that they are loved and someone cares about them.
May peace be with the family and now Larry can reat in Peace and love for just the way he is. (I'm not gay...but does that matter.) Peace and blesses always..................

I am very sorry for the loss of such an amazing and incredible human being. I know his soul is in a good place. God bless his family and friends; and may God help them through this difficult time. It is very disheartening.

My heart goes out to Larry and all who knew him. This tragic event will bring other children to stop and think... we have you and your family in our hearts.

If parents and families are respectful to those who live a differnt lifestyle or look different, the children will learn to be tolerant. It is not up to the schools to teach about gay lifestyles or gay acceptance. We are all created in the image of God. He LOVED and we are commanded to love. There are too many suicides in the gay community and too many prejudices in the straight community. I'm saddened for all involved. God bless, direct and comfort these families.

Very sad that we have lost a child, but tonight there's another angel in heaven. I'll say a prayer for Larry's family and friends. I also have sons, and this story just breaks my heart, so senseless.

My prayers with you and your family... and may you find grace in your heart to forgive McInerney for his crime for his prejudice did not start with him... but perhaps one day he will see the wrong of his act.
May Larry's spirit be with you throughout your life time and his gay spirit be strong with you... The gay world will not forget this child and he will live among his own in history. One day the world will live in peace--I do believe that and all of us shall rejoice in the beauty of being united.
God Bless... You are not alone.
