Words can not express how sorry I am for your loss. I never met Larry, but from what I see and hear, he was a bright, wonderful boy who loved and and is loved by so many. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I hope that you know that there are people out here who are pulling for you. There are plenty of us who would have loved to meet Larry but never got the chance to because of this tragedy. Peace be with you.

I hope that one day we will wake up and realize that these senseless acts of violence with our youth can be prevented. As parents and as a society our children need to be taught to be tolerant and accepting of anyone; regardless of race, gender, age, or sexual orientation. My thoughts and prayers are with the King family. I hope that the victims of these recent hate crimes did not die in vain and will spark a change. May you rest in peace Larry.

From the video that was shared on www.remembelarry.com, one can see that this young person had a lot of love to give. I am sure he touched many lives. My appreciation to the family for allowing others to share in this moment of remembrance with them.

Words can never replace such a beautiful, brave child. He had the courage of his own convictions. It is with great saddness that I read Larry's story. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Remember him with smiles for that the way he'll remember al of you.

My heartfelt condolences to Larry's family and friends; it is terrifying to think that this kind of hate still has such weight in our society. Our thoughts are with you.

Hi,I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your family andwhat they must be going through.I am 22,and have alot of gay friends.I used to baby-sit for two boys when I was 15,and the oldest truned out to be gay and hung himself in a nearby park a year ago because he was not accepted by his family. It hurt very much because I was very close to them!my heart breaks for you guys and hopefully this boy can get the right punishment and help that he needs. You would think after all this time and all the teachings and killings of homosexuality that more people would be more accepting, but once again we are not the free country we thought and people are not as caring either,no matter the age.Bless you all.XOXO-Sarah.Sweet Dreams Lil Sweet Angel Larry!
