It must be beautiful and comforting for your family to be able to see just how many people are signing this guestbook. I had signed before and to see just how many more pages are signed is just beautiful. I can only say that thinking about how this tragedy happened will not help, it will only fill you with hate. May God help you find peace in your lives since this must be a very sad time in your lives.

To the King family, My sincerest sympathies for your loss. May the many pages of this guestbook stand as proof that our world is changing, and will one day be a place where the millions of people like Larry (and myself) can live who they are without facing the blind hatred and discrimination we so often do. I hope that Larry - even if in heaven - and the rest of us will see that day come. Larry's death is horrible, but hopefully the outpourings of support that have followed it, and the pause for thought taken by thousands as a result of it, prove that his death has not been in vain.

I was shocked when i heard about this, my prayers are with the King family, I'm so sorry for your loss, wish we could turn back time and change things so that it wouldn't have happened, i hope that boy gets what he deserves.. But Lawrence is still with us, hes not gone, he's around us every single day, he didn't go anywhere We miss your smile Larry.

I believe in life their are many challenges, I was recently raped because the guy thought that lesbians were attractive to him. He knew i would never sleep with him, so he did one of the worst crimes I think a man could do to a woman. If anything, I learned that their are some people that have so much hate inside of them that they don't know where to direct it. So they take it out on the "weird" ones. I feel I can relate to this boy, because I was attacked, because I'm a lesbian, and because I'm only 15. And I know how it feels to be discriminated against, and ostracized from the other kids in school and church. I will continue to pray for this boys parents and friends, and do my best to affect change with this issue, I vow it on this boys murder. Because that is the only thing I can do.

First of all let me just say how sorry I am for the loss of this precious young life.My condolencs goes out to his family and friends and anyone who cared for or loved him.I'd also like to say that I think it is a sad time in this world when a child can grow to be so cold and calice as to be able take the life of a another child without thinking twice about it,and with that being said I like to know what kind of homelife the little boy had who committed this terrible crime and what kind of things his family was teaching him to make him want to do such a thing.

I did not know Larry King. However, I love Ellen Degeneres and it was on her show that I learned about what had happened. I was horrified, disgusted and just heartbroken by what I saw on the screen. My heart just aches for his family and I hope that the silver lining in this tragedy is that people become more aware that this kind of hate is alive and real. God Bless Larry. He will - the Lord loves ALL his children, no matter what.

I just want to say, i am so sorry for what has happened, i was at the true colors conference and we saw the clip of ellen degenres's show metioning Larry and what happened, even though my friends an i were in good spirits before we saw the video, we all cried, to think that the world has come to such a state that someone will bring a gun to a child because of his sexual orrientation is terrible to even think about let alone let it happen, i want to send love to the family of Larry, hopefully one day people can just learn to accept everyone
