What a horrible sickening story...the pictures show such a young vibrant boy with a beautiful smile--his death is horrifying. All of those who knew and loved him are in my prayers, as well as our deteriorating nation. So senseless...

I am just a teenager, but my life has been changed from this incident. I have always stuck up for anyone being ridiculed, for whatever reason since I was a kid. My mother raised me right. It makes me feel so sick to know that there are kids, especially in today's society, that are unable to accept people for who they are. My prayers and thoughts are with Larry's family..and anyone else who has been torn apart by such an ugly and unnecessary act.

I am so sorry about your loss.... I wish children were more educated about things and had more respect... Parents should never have to watch their children being buried

What a tragic story this is. My heart goes out to his family. This is a senseless act. Ellen summed it up best on her show. I know Lawrence's memory will forever live on.

To the family and friends of Larry King no words can ease your pain but know that he did not die in vain. His memory will stay in the minds of thousands of people who have read of this terrible injustice and hopefully we all remember your beautiful Larry and that one day we live in a world without such hate.

I am so sorry for your loss. It says so much about him that your family has the wherewithal to put together this website. I hope you are all surrounded by love and kindness during these tragic days and forever.
Children should be allowed to live and learn without fear. Adults should be allowed to do the same. As Americans, we have the right to disagree with each other, but absolutely not to harm each other.

What a beautiful child. Nothing I could say would possibly diminish the pain of loss. I cried when looking at the photos, just regretting what has happened. Know that no person dies in vain, and he will be remembered by those inspired to promote change.
my condolences.
