I am so sorry for your unimaginable loss of your precious son. Today, Sunday 3/02/08 at noon, a vigil of remembrance was held in Morristown NJ for Larry. I was there. Millions of hearts are deeply saddened by this despicable hate crime and are sharing your sorrow and your pain. In sympathy and sadness, Nancy Varin

I can not imagine how hard life is for you today. I can not imagine the loss you are suffering. From all I have read and all I have seen of Larry's short life, I would like to say thank you. I would thank you for letting Larry be himself, no matter what. In his short life you let him be himself. I would also like to apologize for not helping to create a world where Larry would be accepted for his choice. It is up to the elders to set the example, and this shows how we have failed him and others like him. Take pride in his accomplishments and in his character, knowing YOUR love let him be free. Thank you.

My tears go out to the king family. We all need to keep positive that this problem will stop and everyone, especially our children can live happy carefree lives.

My deepest thoughts go to the family. I am so angry because that little sh*t did that crime by shooting Larry.I know by my own experience being gay teen, and what hell school can be. I just hope that this very sensitive clever boy, had more good times than bad times in his life. And if their is a place we go when we leave this place with so many ugly people. I hope Larry will find a paradise with lots of love and acceptance.

As the poem clearly states Larry is not here so don't weep for him, because he is in a better place now.

My heart goes out to Larry's family and friends. Words cannot express the sorrow I feel over this atrocious crime. I will do my best to help spread the message of tolerance and equality for us all.
