I am very sorry for your loss. May Larry's death not be in vain. He is at peace in heaven now. May your suffering be short lived, and may his memory serve as a reminder of the work we must all do in teaching and living peace and love of all. God bless us all in this endeavor. God bless you during this time of grieving the terrible loss of Larry, a beautiful Angel whom was in our midst for too short of a time.

I just wanted to say a prayer.
Lord Jesus, We come here today to remember a beautiful soul you have created that someone took so young. He had a destiny that you made for him.. You made him who he is.. and what he stood for in a world that is filled with hatred, very unloving. He stood for rights that he believed were true to his heart. I pray father God that he knew you and is sitting right next to you, laughing with you. Father God, i pray fopr the many people out there that has hatred for others and don't care but for themselves. I think if we could all just Follow you the right way... the world would be a different place......You died for our sins, wasn't that enough? I think so. Bless his family. Fill them with so much love and compassion and more so... forgiveness.... Thank you Jesus for all you do for each one of us and especially for your love and compassion with Larry! I bet he was one amazing kid!
Amen!

As an educator I can only hope that I as I continue to teach about hate and intolerance and how we need to erase it from our culture. I cannot even imagine the pain Larry must have suffered in his quest to be himself. God Bless you, Larry. May you never be forgotten.

Lawerance is a beautiful courageous soul.
Now he is an angel to watch over those who are perhaps less courageous to be themselves and he will help soften the hearts of those who were taught to hate.
Hate is not a family value- LOVE is
We are all you Lawrence.

I am so sad and hurt by this that I was brought to tears. He was just a kid, trying to live life like everyone else.I myself am gay and never came out till my30's because of fear.I am no longer afraid and encourage all who are good, decent, spiritual people to unite against hate.We cannot help the way God made us,if we could, does anyone believe that we would CHOOSE to be gay.Suffer torment and pain our whole lives,IF we could CHOOSE.
I have and will keep praying for Lawrence and all others who suffer at the hands of HATE and IGNORANCE.
God Bless everyone,

I am at a loss to really express my sorrow in the loss of your son. I too have had to bury my own child and the pain of that loss is indescribable. The anger I have here is the intolerance so many of our youth are being taught at home and in school. We keep hoping mankind will get it right; but all we can do is love the ones in our own lives. I find joy in the variety of people and youth I encounter. Understanding and acceptance has lost its meaning in this overall world and as a result we suffer the loss of our children. My prayers got out to you. This loss will never leave you but I wish for you that you can someday take that pain and direct to helping those who are suffering and shower your love to others who need your understanding and protection. Always tell Larry's Story and your precious moments with him
