I just heard about this on ET. It is 5 am and logged on immediately to learn about this tragedy. Very sorry for your loss, things like this should never happen, its a shame that they do. My heart goes out to your family, and close ones to you and larry. He looks like a real sweet kid, so sorry.

We heard of this tragedy today and wanted to express our sympathy.There are children just like Larry across the country.Larry was brave enough to express his felings openly.Hopefully this will not stop other children and adults from opening up.We need to educate everybody that "coming out" is not a bad thing.Please believe me that what Larry did will never be forgotten.He was brave on earth and will be more brave in Heaven.

I am so sorry for your loss of your son. I too have lost a son, when he was 12. Please help something good to come of this senseless loss of his life! Hate is never right!

I am so sorry for your loss. People just show no compassion for each other these days. Having lost a child myself, I know how difficult it is. Larry was a beautiful child and regretfully his life was cut way too short. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

it is the worst thing in the world to have to bury your son..but he was A TRUE person and i hope that a least can easy your pain. I hope that something good comes from this tragic loss. my son is the same age and i talked to him and ask if someone gay was around school what would you do?? he said mom i dont care and that is not enough to hate them. please parents just talk to your kids teach them not to hate or judge their peers.
