(I interpret this song to be about the passing of time and how we aren't able to value, quite enough, the NOW. Peace to you all.) "Helpless" There is a town in north Ontario, With dream comfort memory to spare, And in my mind I still need a place to go, All my changes were there. Blue, blue windows behind the stars, Yellow moon on the rise, Big birds flying across the sky, Throwing shadows on our eyes. Leave us Helpless, helpless, helpless Baby can you hear me now? The chains are locked and tied across the door, Baby, sing with me somehow. Blue, blue windows behind the stars, Yellow moon on the rise, Big birds flying across the sky, Throwing shadows on our eyes. Leave us Helpless, helpless, helpless. - Neil Young

I have known Larry's Mom for a number of years and am so proud of her. She is an angel for taking such good care of all of her children. She took on more than any of us will ever know. God bless her and her husband for giving the boys a warm and loving home. I met Larry when he was 2 years old. He was such a sweet child, my heart breaks for him. May he rest in peace

I cannot bring out any words at the moment. My throat feels cramped. It is so sad that this still is reality. Unfortunately this will continue as long as the we the people, the government, the president, the religious communities, the school principals, and all other authorities are to fainthearted to speak up for equal human rights to all humankind. Preach LOVE instead of hatred. It's so easy to remain quiet and do nothing...I'm so sorry...

I didnt know you, i will never get the chance. Neither will anyone else. Its horrible to see a young man's life taken so soon && the pain his family will have to go thru. I know how it feels to have someone taken from you. I will forever remember you. You left a handprint in my heart. this kind of discrimination needs to be stopped. Just because someone is different doesnt mean they deserve to die.

I send your family heartfelt wishes of strength and comfort in this terrible time. May you find some blessing in this outpouring of support. I am a queer disabled women in my fifties. I helped organize community responses in Central Mass. to the loss of matt sheppard back in the day. Our local GLBT community is now more integrated within the larger community, but less connected to each other now. Please know that many people from our area are sending their thoughts out to you, even if we have not held an event (yet).

Dearest Larry, Your message shall forever be engraved in my heart, and the hearts of many people. It is unfortunate that things like this have to happen for that message to be spread, but where ever you are, know that you are loved and remembered. I don't know what kind of a person could do such a thing, but whoever killed you should be ashamed of the hate that they represent. This act of terrorism is not the first, and unfortunately will not be the last towards the LGBTQ community, but by addressing this with your heart in your chest and your brain in your head, we take one more step in eliminating this kind of treat. Your brothers and sisters here on earth send our love, Genevieve Huard--Proud Omnisexual
