What a horrible loss, Larry is dead and the life of the boy that shot him is over. We aren't born with hate it's learned. I wonder who taught this boy to hate. God made gay people the same way he made everyone else, for those that have a problem with it, they actually are questioning God's work.

Why do people take lives of innocent kids.I have a daughter and stopped attending school because she is heavy.I feared for her safety daily. Kids made fun of her so I took her out of school. I wish the parents of the killer suffer the pain of losing their killer to the prison system for life. I am so sorry and I cried for your loss.

How can we ever forget someone who would always just be himself? Someone that was just him and nothing more. For that Larry was amazing. I know what it's like to be diffrent...And he was so strong to deal with all this. It's difficult but he did it but it's sad to have lost someone so amazing before i could even get the chance to meet him...Please Be happy larry and never regret being who you are...You are the strongest of us all...

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy for the loss of your son. What a handsome child, with one of the biggest smiles I have ever seen. I will keep your entire family in my prayers, and I will ask God to keep a watchful eye on Larry. God bless y Lo siento- Kimberly

I'm a fellow gay teenager. I know what it feels like to grow up in foster care, and be bullied for being openly gay at a young age. I am very sorry for your loss. No familly should have to deal with the loss of a child or sibling. And let me say that I can't even try to understand how you feel, but my heart is with you, and any one who knew and loved larry. Again I am very sorry for your loss. Your family will be in my prayers.

My husband and I would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Larry's family. From what I have read Larry seemed like a wonderful person and undoubtedly will be missed by family and friends alike.
