I find it so sad that we are not teaching our children to be more tolerant of others' lifestyles. Larry was a beautiful child in this world, and the fact that he will never have the chance to grow up and live out the life that HE would have chosen to live is just devastating. My prayers go out to his family, friends, and the community.

May the peace of Christ be with Larry's family-Have faith and know that your son is now an angel in heaven instead of here on earth.

Our family is greatly saddened by Larry's death and know that our great Lord and Savior will be taking good care of him. We pray that this tragic loss to all of us....will remind people of the love that we to show all people. Larry's leaving his earthly life is not in vain. May God bless his soul, as we are sure He will, and may God bless all of his family and friends and all who seek solace here. Much love to all.

Absolutely discusting to read about this crime and that it could happen in a school where children should be safe. As someone who grew up gay and struggled with my sexuality I can say we need more positive gay role models to help educate both straight and gay people so everyone can see first the humanity we all share. I have been with my parner for twenty two years and we met in a gay youth group when we both were twenty two years old. A minister suggested I attend the group and I am forever greatful for his pushing me to go and that there was such a thing in my community. We need to stop hate and learn to love one another and appreciate the differences that make us who we are. Please say a prayer for Larry.

My heart goes out to his family, I have a 14 year old daughter and Her best friend is a gay boy..She also has a friend who was beaten up in school because she wore a t-shirt that said "BARBIE IS A LESBIAN" and because she's a lesbian she was told to leave the school and then she was beaten up the next day...This violence against Gays and Lesbians must come to an end especially against the young kids they are going through enough...Once again i'm sorry for their loss...our prayers are with them.

This breaks my heart. I cry for him even though I never met Larry. I can only hope that one day people will be more accepting of each other's differences. Fifteen is no age to die at. My thoughts are with Larry's family and friends.

Larry - are you singing and swaying to the music now with your boots and your bugs. You be yourself in heaven, GOD loves us all and kudos to you for having the courage at your age to understand that and just be yourself. You Larry will never be forgotten.
