As a gay man i can identify with this story of being disliked over something you really have no control over . Any how , noy only did the world loose a brave young person who was not afraid to be himself we also lost a human being who probably would have made a better world , judging from that gentle face.Lets also hope that the young man who killed Larry finds peace and learns from this tragedy himself.Thank u Larry for reminding that we are all just humans and that tolerance is a virtue.

I'm very sorry for what happened to Larry. I could tell he was a very special boy. You could only find a personality like his, perhaps, once in a lifetime. May he rest in peace.

Some of us are born to pay for expressing our feelings. Feelings that others may not care to see. But the brave at heart are happy to pay the price. It is the price of freedom.
Freedom for those who will walk in our shoes for ages to come. Thank you, Larry.

Sometimes, there are not enough words! My sincerest sympathy to the King family, and my deepest concern for the society that has failed to teach our children non-violent ways to settle differences of any kind.

My heart breaks every time I see this child on the news. This world that we live in is so wrong,it's backwards. I have two children of my own and cry and pray everyday. I will pray for Larry and his family. I will continue to do my part as a parent to teach my children about all walks of life and to be kind to those they come by no matter what. God gave us the ability to be different and unique so why bother people for being different. I pray you all are well.
