I am truly very sorry for your loss. May God give you strength in this trying time.
I hope you can find strength to overcome this tragic event and that we may all find the path to better parenting and education for our youth so that we will not see this prejudice, intolerance, and ignorance repeated. You are in my prayers. Take care...

I hurt for all those involved. It is so sad to see kids killing kids. It is a total waste of life. Poor Larry had no chance. Oxnard has lost one of its sons.We never met Larry but we cry for you and will also remember you.Rest In Peace and God will take you now into his Kingdom. You were too good for this earth.

There are no words, but please know that Larry's story is getting out. What a beautiful boy. So so sorry for your loss, which is a loss that stretches far beyond his family and friends.

I am so sorry for your loss. You would think in this day and time the hate would be gone and everyone could be one. I would have like to have come across Larry and become friends. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and his extended family.

My deepest sympathy to the King family, I know there is a gaping hole in the hearts of everyone in the family. I lost my girl not long ago and the ache in my heart is and will be there forever. May God be with you to help ease the loss of your brave boy. He alone has made a deep impression in the lives of those he leaves behind. I will remember him for his bravery. Love, from a retired teacher, mother , grandmother, and from someone who was born and raised in Oxnard many years ago.

May god bless you,& be happy in your new journey. We never knew you, but seeing your sweet face & now knowing the pain you suffered in your short life, brings new hope for the violence others are going thru, that it will be stopped . I too am a family member who lost someone because of their lifestyle. That did not make it right to end your life or my uncle. We are all gods children. God bless.

I am sorry for family that has lost their son, brother and grandchild. The loss of a child is a terrible thing regardless of any reason that people may state. My heartfelt prayers are for all those that knew and loved this wonderful boy.

It is pathetic that in this world, our children are so numb to violence, that family structure has so broken, that kids think that hurting and killing people is the answer to what bothers them. Thru movies, tv, and video games, kids have come to think violence is accepatble and even that death isnt real.... i mean, its just a game,, right? Our government of worthless idiots needs to take a stand for the moral values of this nation and for our kids and tell the movie, tv, and game industry that enough is enough. Make them take responsibility for the junk they drill into our kids heads. I mean, alcohol ads all over the tv, making drinking look glamorous.. what is with that?? You cant advertise cigarettes, why can we advertise the number one abused drug in this nation all over the television and on billboards?? This kind of thing needs to change. Lets not forget parents. Stop letting the tv and video game machine raise your kids. Take a stand,, Take Charge.

This so sad, I'm a mother to three boys, and I couldn't imagine the pain that the family is going through. I look at that sweet face and wonder about the monster that took his life away. The world is evil, we now have to fear children. MY prayers go out to the family and friends.
