I am so sorry for your loss. Its one thing to lose a child due to illness but to lose a child at someone elses hand that is not right. I have 27 adopted kidos and they are all gay. I love each and every one of them as if they were my own. Come on parents teach your children love and respect for all just as Christ would. We need to educate kids on its ok to be different and individuals. Not hate, but love for all as that is the way the Lord made us and them. I just found out about this and I am so sorry for your loss. Take care, Mallissia, MN

This story has reached England, and touched many hearts. I know family and friends don't want to be told daily how sorry people are, but that life does go on, and days should be spent remembering Larry and his life. Larry can rest in peace, because he had more courage than most adults in this world.

Rest in peace, little friend. Your passing is not in vain. You are an inspiration to others.

After I saw the news and read the article. Larry has been my inspiration to show the world who I really was and I made really great friends who accepted me. I know that I was teased behind my back but I kept going forward because I knew this was nothing compared to what Larry had to deal with. I really hope that Larry had a great life even with the harassment and bullying that he went through. I hope that You Larry's family is doing well with his departure but he is never really gone from this world. He still remains in your heart and the memories he left behind. Even if forgotten or still in remembrance he is always with you.

i am so sorry for your lost it is a shame that a 15 year old boy had to die because still till this day no one can except homosexuality and cant let someone be happy and let them live their life!!!! its ashame that because of a non-diciplined kid you had to burry your son...and guaranteed his parent are just as ignorant as he is...once again i am so about your loss

First I would like to say that I am transgendered and it pains me to see children having to fear for their lives and for families (like the King family) to have to go through something like this. When I was young going through what I went through, I always had hope and comfort in knowing the next generation would have it better, oh how wrong I was. I am sickened by this. my thoughts are with the family and friends of Larry. I am also an educator and for 2 years I have been teaching special lectures to other teachers in my country (South Korea) on the harm bullying has on a child and the community. I really hope that someday bullying will come to an end and I won't have to give these lectures anymore.

Honey, you deserved the world. You were ahead of your time in feelings and understanding. ITs unfair how you were treated and viewd. You were beautiful and I hope you are living the way you felt in side. Im sorry you had so much hatred in your life before you were taken away.

It's such a shame that people are so afraid of homosexuality that they think murdering someone who is gay makes sense. Homosexuality is nothing to be afraid of and Larry did not deserve to be killed. God be with you Larry!
