Without Sorrow, The Heart Would Never Learn The Meaning Of Joy. Without Tears, Our Eyes Would Never See What We Hold Inside. Without Darkness, We Would Have No Reason To Look To The Light Of Heaven...

RIP Larry. You will never be forgotten. To our community, why did this have to happen? A young life was taken so tragically. We have to pull together and teach our kids that violence is not the answer. My heart goes out to the family. May god give you the strength to help you through this.

Larry lives on in our hearts, in our thoughts, in our actions. I truly don't understand why things like this happen, but I hope that Larry's death will bring the change that we've all needed since the death of Matthew Sheppard. My deepest condolences go out to the King family. My condolences also go out to perpetrator and his family. I hope that his actions taught him something about tolerance. Death will not make us go away, nothing will make us go away. If you let fear control your actions, you will never be happy, and you will not force others into the same misery. Being barely older than Lawrence, and a lesbian in a public high school, I fear the same... But I won't let that fear stop me from being me, rather, I hope that fear will open the eyes of those around me. Love and Blessings.

hi my name is jeff king and i'm a junior at Rio Mesa High school. even though i wasnt related to Larry, i still feel really bad on what happend.on all that ive read about Larry he sounded like he was a wonderful person to be around, and i send my deepest sympathy to the family. i think its terrible how this happens to someone in the prime of their life. even though i didnt know Larry he sounded like a good friend and i wish i would have had the privlage to meet him. and for the parents i know how much it must hurt to lose your son when they're only 15, and i want to let u guys know that me and my family are praying for you guys. jeff king, sad student

Larry is the vision of innocence. Why is the world full of such hated? Why are there so many stupid people whom believe that only one way is the right way? Human beings on this planet have a long way to go to reach any sort of enlightenment. RIP.
