My condolences to you and your family. I too, am gay, and realized that I was when I was 14. It was a long, hard and complicated road to get to graduation in my high school as most of my classmates were "rich" and had zero tolerance for gay people. I almost had a law suit for sexual harassment against the school because they wouldn't do anything about the issues I was facing. This world can be cruel. Expecially the USA. Our "wonderful" United States claims to be a "christian" nation. Where in the bible does is say that Jesus ever had hatred toward a homosexual? He never did! He loved everyone!!! My heart goes out to you and yours as your pain will never completely go away. It will always be there. With Deepest Sympathy, Travis

I was at a candlelight vigil tonight to remember gay teens murdered this week. I received a piece of paper with Larry's name. We will not forget!

As I was searching through google about young guys somewhere in my head as I clicked onto this story about "Don't wanna be gay". Later I caught my eyes with the sad story about Lawrence King and how the general public reacted to how he feels towards the same gender. I am truely sad about Lawrence's incident and wish my sorrow towards his family and love ones. The world we live in has so much hurtful people and sometimes I tell to myself why am I different? I have spent ten years of my life and counting trying to figure out who I am and my sexual orientation. I still try my best to hide my special feelings towards the same gender of males. During my years in high school I started to let my feelings notice the boys were more attractive then girls. As soon as my friends and other students knew something was different about my orientation they look at me in a disgusting way full of hate and I lost all my friends. Till this day I have to live with this fear everyday of my life hiding as being bisexual. It's awful.
