I remember vividly seeing and hearing this on the news. I was frozen in silence & tears. This beautiful young man should have been given recognition for his courage to honor his feelings, not stupidity!

In every picture his face shows joy - in his actions he shows what a balanced, smart and brave kid he was. I will always remember his bravery and know that he will be an inspiration to many for years to come. As his parents, you must be so sad and yet so proud. Thank you for allowing him to be happy and believe in himself!

I believe in reincarnation... I know you are already born and you are in a loving hands of a mother surrounded by lots of loved ones in a beautiful place and having your first Christmas. You will be blessed with all you wished has Larry and be blessed with all wishes of your loved one as Larry

Dear Larry, Your bravery astonishes and inspires me. At your age I was completely lost. I am 21 years old and still have not come to terms with my sexuality. Your death, while heartbreakingly tragic, hopefully has opened the eyes of those who hate with-out good reason. Change will one day be made and your bravery has helped it to begin. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for living your tragically short life undismayed. You will forever be in my heart and mind. You are my angel and inspiration. I will live my life the way you would have lived the rest of yours, proudly.

I just want to say that I'm sorry....so sorry for this wrongful death. The world is not beautiful after all. I just hope that things can change because I have faith in that things can change. And they must be for the better. I can not even imagine the pain...and at the same time I hope not too. I, myself, have a sibling that is gay and to even think about the possibility...brings tears to my eyes. For the sake of him, I pray everyday that things will become a little more easier...to be more tolerable. Larry, you really have touched us, every single one of us. And I thank you for that. And I'm sorry. Really sorry.
