I started crying when I came across this page. It is terrible for Larry to have been killed so coldly and for no reason.. for something he could not help and because someone else felt that the could not put up with his differences. Being bisexual, and being so young (17), I feel extremely sad, and I feel this sense of attachment towards Larry, though I never met him. I am so troubled that someone would want to harm someone just for being themselves. Peace be with you and your family forever, Larry.

Words cannot describe how deeply saddened I was to hear about this. Although I didn't know Larry personally, his story touched my heart. He seemed like such a sweet kind with an angelic face. I hope his family knows that many people around the country are thinking of them. This wasn't just another "news story" to me. It was very personal. My thoughts are with his family and friends. Hugs.

Larry was very brave in standing up and saying he was gay its unfortuante that for him being gay his life was taken. We are all equal wither we are gay or straight black, white or spanish. Ignorant people have to learn that there is no separation between us. I am very sorry a young life was lost because of ignorance for Larry standing up and saying he is gay and proud to be, everyone should learn from larry and be proud of who they are and not be afraid. May god be with Larry.

Even though I did not know Larry, he seemed strong, and so powerful. He has effected my life in many ways. He tought me how to be a stronger person, I mean i am only 17 and that little boy touched me. If only I could meet the family and friends to pay my respects, just know that larry is in my prayers. Thank you, Dana!

Larry was very brave to be so open and honest about who he was at such a young age. I am 26 years old and I still hide even from the people I love that I am gay. I could only hope to be so brave. Bless you Larry

First off i want to say that i'm deeply sorry for the king's family, no family should have to indour the pain of having a loved one taken away from them. I want you to know that i am gay and i have had to hide that for most of my life but now i'm still hiding from people because of all the Hate that people have agenst people like me. I didn't chouse this life, it is the life that was given to me. To the king family i give you my love as a human being not a gay man. Lets stop the HATE!

Without knowing you, after the vedio clips of larry. He was brave, brave enough to step forward and talk to his friend, ask a question that many would not dare to ask. Not for a 15 year old boy. the age of adolesence the period of time where humans are changing. I myself a singaporean and a teenager, one year younger than him and i dont even dare to do so. I salute him and feel that the love and laughter left behind by him is spread like the pollens on the folwers and the rain that showers the fields to give us a peaceful and wonderful scenetic enviroment. Larry is one of a kind and each of us have different types of personalities. Those around him will remember him including those who don't know him... Larry we will remember you in many ways and any way. (: kel
