Hi, to be honest this story was really touching for me, i know what being gay means and sometimes is really difficult, it was his choice to do what he did and all of us has our right to chose. Is so sad that people still wants to decide for you, this is just one life for each of us and we deserve to live our lives just the way we want it anyway is our LIFE. Laary is going to keep touching souls with his story of braveness and love to life, because he loved his life. Such a coraugeous kid must be in heaven showing that God love us all no matter our gender because being like this is not a matter of choice, we born like this, God made us like this just like he made girls or boys, thank God for this world and for people like Larry who show us all what is to cling to life and the way God made us because God's doings are just perfect. Larry is gonna live in a lot of people's heart. Thamk u for leaving your footstep in this world!

Hey Larry, I'm 25 and I'll admit, you have more courage than I ever did when I was your age. I never had to hide my sexual identity as it is socially accepted by default but I had my own personal issues I hid leaving me vulnerable to "the Brandons" of the world. I played baseball growing up and one thing we did as teammates was pat each other on the toosh to say "good job" without thinking twice about it. But it's always in question to those unfamiliar with the practice: "Are all sports players gay?" Whoever asks that question I slap them on the toosh. I don't know you but I wish I did and I miss you already. Justice will be served, my friend. Though the circumstances are unwarranted, I feel you have been a huge inspiration to many ranging from your friends at school all the way up to the California Supreme Court, which just legalized gay marriage May 2008. A wise woman recently said, "We can do it with our behavior ... Fight hate." I agree. See you in another life, brother!

i really feel bad about what happened to larry. i just dont see the logic why he has to suffer because he is proud to show people his true colors. i really pray that same issues like this won't happen again. sigh*

I would like to first offer my late condolances to the family and friends of Larry. It is sad to think we have to reach a tragedy to bring us together and that it takes a death to wake us up from the dream that we live each day, believing nothing is wrong in our schools and society. I only hope and pray that we all contribute to a change within ourselves, in order to be role models to offer guidance and at the same time, realize what is so wonderful about being an individual. I can't do much more but offer these words, which I hope allow us to reflect on how one person can make an impact on all of us. Sandy & Yadira Reyes

I found out about this from my friend Jaida, and... You families are in my Prayers. I Pray His abundant and overflowing love is apparent in your lives, and that your broken hearts are healed. I can see Larry was a Blessing, and I Pray God continues to send Blessings you way. May our Lord Christ watch over you from heaven. Amen.

I know you're shining down on us from heaven, like so many friends we lost along the way, and I know eventually we'll be together, one sweet day... excerpt from "one sweet day" by Mariah Carey.

"Wherever you go and whatever you do, my spirit is here and it stays close to you. I know you can't see me but know I am safe, as I play with the angels in beauty and grace." The story of Larry touched my heart very deeply. Please find peace knowing that Larry's spirit will always be close to you. I couldn't help but smile at the beautiful moments of his precious life captured on video. Over time, it's those memories that will help your heart to heal and smile again. May those beautiful yesterdays always remain in your heart, and your sorrow gently fade away. God bless you!
